First time using lomochrome purple film

Hey everyone! This little video was filmed back in the peak of Sydney summer earlier this year. Note to self: do not walk through long grass in a skirt even though it's hot.
I was getting a little bored with how I've been shooting and decided to try to challenge myself/my perspective (on theme with my 2021 resolutions), with a different film stock - lomography’s lomochrome purple.
I'm pleasantly surprised and happy with the results of my first roll of purple! I think it gives what would be an ordinary scene an 'other-worldliness'. I have another 4 rolls of lomochrome purple so I plan to follow this up with another video to right my wrongs and capture some better shots and do this film more justice.

My impression of lomography's products has always been that they're toys, just for fun, and not of professional quality, or to say "professionals" don't shoot with their film or camera's. That might be true for some of their products (and there's nothing wrong with that, everything has it's time and place) but I think anyone can capture great moments regardless of film stock and gear. I think lomochrome purple is one of these gems and it's just about finding what works. If you haven't used it before, I recommend you give it a go!
Also, not sure why but I keep missing focus lately with my rolleicord which has been really disappointing and ruining the experience for me a little… if you have also experienced this with your rollei let me know.
